Durango vertical smoker

Hello,

I'm a new owner of a Durango 20 and I'm interested in what you guys are cooking in your vertical chamber aside from sausages and warmth for finished cooks. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Robb, curious how do you like your Durango 20? on the fence between that and the loaded Wichita.
