New stick burner
Posted: July 5th, 2020, 6:29 amI just received a brand new loaded Cheyenne and did the initial burn-in. All went well. Bought some hickory in a bag at Lowes and it burned pretty good. Smoked some salmon and ribs yesterday and they turned out good.
Still learning the smoker but once I established a good bed of coals all went well with the heat and smoke control.
This morning I ordered some wood online from Cutting Edge Firewood.
