I love my loaded Wichita, it cooks like a champ!!! I bought mine without seeing one in person ( i live in iowa ). I read the reviews and watched other happy Yoder owners on YouTube. 8 weeks later it was on my front sidewalk.

That's what I did. I'm in the excruciating painful stage of having ordered it...and now waiting for it. I am looking forward to it. Got the DigiQ2 with it also. They will drill the holes and install it for you. What a great ordering experience I had.

I have been cooking on my 640 for almost two years and wanted to get into stick burning. I went with the Loaded Wichita. I received it last week and did my first smoke yesterday. I did two racks of St Louis style ribs. They turned out amazing, I am very happy with my choice so far. I highly recommend it.
