I always used a stick burner Oklahoma Joes but just bought a Yoder 640. Smoked a pork tenderloin last night and few questions I got. How do I get a better bark on the meat and how do I get more of a smoky taste? Currently using mesquite pellets cause I always used mesquite wood. Thanks
Pellet smokers burn cleaner, so less smoke. You'll have to adjust or add a smoke generator like a Amazing tube smoker
