During a Brisket Smoke last week about 2 hours in I noticed my FireBoard App wasn’t reporting any temps. Checking the smoker I found the smoker had completely shut down. No power , light, nothing. I unplugged both ends of the power cord and than reconnected and restarted and the rest the cook was normal. Ran for 8 hours without an issue. Smoker is about 5 months old and has performed beautifully since day one until this event. It’s vacuumed out and cleaned before every cook.
Any ideas as to what may have caused this issue? Doesn’t look like I had a power burp as usually when this occurs my house clocks would need resetting.....Thoughts?
