When turned on my 480 shows 350 degrees and a downward temp

When turned on my 480 shows 350 degrees and a downward temp

I just stripped down my 480 and repainted it and put it back together. When I turn it on it shows 350 degrees like normal but it shows a downward temp trend instead of an up trend while its starting. Anyone know why?

Mine does the same. They told me to replace the thermocouple . I did that. Still does same thing. Nobody at Yoder seems to be able to answer problem.
