Not new to pellet grills but new to my YS640 grill that I got about a month ago. So far I couldn't be happier with the quality and results I have gotten on some break-in smokes. I have been asked to cook some briskets for work and was looking for some input on whether or not I can reasonably fit four "packer" briskets between the bottom and top rack? Also, would you recommend rotating the briskets between the top and bottom rack during the smoke (rotate how often, approximately)? Any input would be appreciated.

Yes rotate. The diffuser is the heat source (radiates heat) so for even cooking yes rotate top to bottom. On a long cook the bottom packers will cook faster and put the point end to the right also. Every 2 hours maybe? I have had. Here are 3 flats, beans and a sirloin roast I think, it fit on mine.

Thanks Conumdrum, looks like a nice lineup on your YS640.
