I am considering purchasing a Yoder pellet grill. While I am confident the 640 is all I would ever need size wise, I wonder if it cooks as evenly as the 1500. Read posts where users demonstrated the even heat distribution of the 1500 by cooking biscuits spread out across the two cooking levels. Impressive! How does the 640 compare?

I did this in May of 2012. The cookers that are being made and sold today are much better, as there have been many improvements to the cookers and to the firmware.
