[email protected]. Include your name, shipping address and contact pone number, and we will get a new igniter sent out to you. The cooker was tested prior to leaving the factory. Shipping can sometimes cause issues, as well as parts immediately fail upon use. We apologize this has happened, and will get you a new igniter sent upon receipt of your email.
The cooker is burning wood, and as such will never be dead on the set temperature, but will average very close to the set temperature over time. If you would like to see this is action, perform this temperature test exactly as the instructions state:
