Are you plugged into a GFCI outlet? If so is it tripped?

Are you using an extension cord?

Is this a comp cart model?

I assume you have tested the outlet with something else and have found that there is power.

Is the power cord fully seated in the socket on the cooker?

Underneath the cart, under the hopper, behind the power socket, is a power extension that plugs into the side of the hopper, is it fully seated?

Ohh yea. I used to be big into building home PCs with watercooling to cool the bits. It gets complicated at times. Help on many forums and never know if the help was good or they gave up. Always wanted to know. We called them info (our life typing helpful replies) vampires. You spend 2-5 hours over a few weeks writing posts to help and then... Poof, they go back to the casket for sleep. To be never heard from again.
