how many watts does pit use during startup?

I haven't yet recevied my yoder ys 640 comp. yet .I was just trying to get a generator that matches up to it well and my cook trailer for competitions, also does it use many watts after startup? should I look at a inverter generator for clean power for electronic system in pit? This is first pellet smoker ive ever used, also the first one ive ever ordered!!! lol
