smoke coming from rear of ys480
Posted: December 6th, 2014, 6:13 pmI just got my YS480 and I am smoking ribs today and noticed smoke coming out the rear of the smoker. Not supposed to be this way I'm guessing??

Posted: December 7th, 2014, 12:21 amIt looks like the silicone seal on the inside corner has failed or is missing.
Send an email to [email protected] with the serial number and manufacture date from the door plate, your full name and shipping address along with your phone number, and we will get some silicone out to you.
