Pellet hopper grate

Hi all,
the grate inside the pellet hopper is for security ?
someone remove it ?
I need remove becouse is not a good things when I need replace the pellets .

The grate is installed to comply with safety and regulatory laws in your country. It should not be removed.

No, our safety and regulatory laws do not require it in the USA. Your country, as do some others, requires it to be installed for the product to be imported and used.
