It was a nice day Saturday so I fired up the Wichita and smoked some ribs and a 5lb pork loin. It was 45 degrees outside and the Yoder did a great job holding the temp!!

Very nice...gotta love those Wichita's..... Mike, how do you serve your smoked pork loin?. I do ribs and pulled pork like crazy, but haven't done the loin yet.

I let it rest wrapped in foil for 30 to 45 minutes, then serve it in 1/2" thick slices. It is super moist and delicious!
