Those look good! Some people cut the knuckle off to give it a little cleaner look. But I'd be all over those. .

I like the look of no knuckle in a comp, but like the extra bone there for my caveman grip! I'm thinking those would make a nice snack tomorrow. Looks great!

Those really do look outstanding. Great way to take advantage of the value packs of drumsticks when they're on sale at the grocery store, and super fun looking to eat too! Nicely done covert-n-smoke!
