Pizza's on the YS640

Decided to give the YS640 a whirl on cooking some pizzas.
Made a special request to my 82 year old grandmother to whip up some pizza dough and see what the yoder can do handling cooking a dozen pizzas (yes we're cooking a dozen!)
So was doing four pizzas a time time and we did the following types:
- Pulled lamb, goats cheese, olives, bbq sauce and yoghurt
- Sliced chicken breast, capsicum and bbq sauce
- Pepperoni pizza
- Salami, cheese and capsicum
- Greek loukanika, haloumi cheese and yoghurt
Did a bit of a mix of all the above and ended up with the following results below:
YS640 loaded with 4 pizzas

Also made a nice load of home made bread at the end

Pretty intense afternoon but had some good results. The pizzas were nice and thin but with a nice bite, made a slightly thicker one at the end for the loukanika sausage which was pretty awesome.
Everyone's favorite was the pulled lamb pizza.
