Chickens had an overnight bath in buttermilk, water, kosher salt and rubbed down with John Henry's pecan rub, always turns out great.

Pork butts covered in Ployboys bold rub and ribs rubbed with Smoking Guns hot rub and sauce.

Even fired up the new vacuum sealer for the first time and it worked like a charm!!

No matter who you are and where you live, that is totally awesome! The only thing that could be better, is if I was there to help make it disappear.

Nice cook, and still plenty of room.

yup, I even had the top rack out for ease of moving stuff around. The only problem with the Kingman............ now I have to get a bigger fridge

I agree, the only improvement I can really ask for is a bottom shelf that pulls out.
