Inconsistent temps on new YS1500

Inconsistent temps on new YS1500

Temp set at 350. Left side probe at grate reads 250. Right side probe at grate reads 241. Cook time was 2 hours. Yoder temp read 348 the whole time. No wind. Outside temps at 52. Lumberjack pellets. This is the 3rd cook. Other 2cooks were off as well.
