YS640S Upgrade - Soot on Food

I upgrades my YS640 to a YS640S this spring. Now I am having an issue with black soot on everything I cook. Made pizzas tonight at 550 and the cheese and crust has a black tinge. Yesterday I did a major clean figuring that would help but it’s still doing it. Any ideas?
