This will be the 3rd time using my new Yoder and I believe the fire starter is already out. I clean it every use. Checked to see if it was loose and it was not. Is this common?
The "Firestarter" will stay heated for 5 minutes to start the small pile of pellets delivered by the auger.
No need to clean the 'Firestarter" Just brush it off and remove the ash from the last cook.
I cleaned all the ash today after yesterday’s smoked chicken and the fire starter fired right up for Beef Short Ribs. Thanks for the help.
