YS640 Fan Issue

I bought my YS640 in July, 2018 so it's still under warranty. The last three cooks, in both cold and warm weather, the fan has been acting odd. I turn it on, the fan starts fine, and after 2-3 minutes, is starts to go fast and slow in an intermittant manner. It's almost like a truck engine chugging up a steep hill - fast, then slow almost to the point of stopping, then fast, the slow. A lot of smoke get thrown out, almost like a stick burner. After about 10 minutes, so far, it goes to normal and works throughout the cook. Any ideas what is going on?

I’m having the same issue now also whining fans. Did you solve the problem?
