Yesterday when I powered up my 640, I press start and the default 350 temp shows up, but the 3 lines show it's cooling. it proceeds to light and stays lit but the temp remains low, about 200 or so.

Seems like it might be a thermometer issue - anyone have guidance on how to fix? Thanks!

Sorry to hear about this. This is indicative of a bad thermocouple and will need replaced. Contact Customer Service by calling 877-409-6337 option 2 or sending an email to [email protected]. Th thermocouple has a 3 year warranty from original purchase date or manufacture date of the cooker. Please have your serial number available when contacting Customer Service.
