Install door therm - YS640

Install door therm - YS640

I plan to install a door therm this weekend. I found the video on here of how to do it and it is very helpful. My question is this... next season I plan to buy the thermal cover kit... is the spot that is specified in the video by measuring from the top and sides the spot the therm needs to be for the cover to fit? I assume it is but I want to confirm.

Yes. The cover has a hole for one thermometer on the side where the chimney is.

What do you do if you have dual thermometers installed?

Remove both thermometers, put the cover on, and reinstall just the right side thermometer.
