New 640s Owner in Wake Forest, NC

My wonderful wife presented me with a 640S for my birthday. The first thing I did was to smoke a brisket and it was the best I’ve ever made. I love this thing and I’m really going to enjoy it. I lost both my hands in an industrial accident three years ago, so this is a lot easier for me than having to constantly tend a fire.
