Greetings from LA

Greetings from LA, Lower Alabama that is.

I have a YS640S on the way and joining in here to gain insights and get underway soon.

I have been cooking BBQ and grilling for a lifetime. I have pits, grills, kamados, gas, and a Konro but this will be my first pellet grill.
