Grilling in Brew City

Glad you guys started the forum as I am just starting out grilling in a more serious capacity, (beyond hot dogs and burgers).
I am currently residing in the land of Beer and Cheese... Milwaukee WI. I do not yet own a Yoder however am planning on getting one, just don't know which one yet. (YS640 or Witchita)
As my signature shows all I currently have for grilling is a trio of Webers, of which I primarily use the charcoal grill because I like the taste and versatility. I grill on it 4-5 times a week and grill just about anything just to try it. Currently I am working on getting ribs just right.
