New to Yoder and AZ

Just moved into my new place here in southern AZ from western Washington state Oct 2018. Purchased and received my new Lonestar Grillz 30” cabinet stick burner a couple weeks ago and my new Yoder YS640s will be here Tuesday with a lot of extras from All things Barbecue.
Shout out to both companies...
Anyway I just wanted to say hello and I look forward to being educated from the fine folks on here and offer up what I can.
