Greetings,
Today was my first post here asking about a turkey smoke im nervous about on thanksgiving .I get on the yoder facebook site often.
i have a ys640 and have done ribs, brisket,butt,steaks,chickens etc with great success. except a fast cook on ribs which were way to tuff.I have a very nice propane grill and a green egg in my bbq lineup also ,all I seem to do with them is wipe them off since I have gotten my yoder 5months ago..
