Yoder Smokers Community Forum

Just bought the YS480s over the weekend and am excited to get smoking. I've had a Big Green Egg for the last 7 years and have enjoyed it, but ready to move to a pellet smoker. I am from central IL where Yoder smokers are not as well known yet. I do a ton of grilling, at least 3 times a week. Anything from wings, ribs, pork butt, brisket, steaks, chicken and down the line. Ready to get smokin!
