Just got my new 640S Competition. Love it so far but all initial startups way overshoot target temp in the beginning. I read something about H settings to control the over shoot. Had a traeger before which overshooting there was no chance. Last night i was using grill grates for first time with defuser with hatch which was open. Had temp set for 500, the temp feeddback got to 550 and started moving at lighning speed past 650 and i turned it off. Though something was wrong... need feedback. did i freakout for no reason because i am used to traeger never getting to temp?

Temp set 400 entire diffuser plate removed with grill grates in place– smoker initially went to 675 very quickly then back down to 310 and took some time to recover then shot up again above 600 ....any advice would be great
