No, there is no sticky. It is very simple though. Use the full editor, below the editor box are 2 tabs, one of which is upload attachment. Click on the tab and browse for the picture you want to upload and add the file. Once the file(s) are added, you will see them in a list. Just select to inline them where you want them in your message.
