I've been enjoying my Ys650 for a 1-1/2 years. I noticed some black spots on my controller screen, even if the unit was on or off. I contacted customer service with a photo and my concerns on a Wednesday and on Saturday I had a new controller on my front steps. The install was easy with the provided instructions. Appreciate the quick response and action by everyone involved.
