I bought a heritage berkshire pork butt. But it dosn't look like the ones I see online or on you tube. It kinda in two pieces but attached by the fat cap. Is this normal? and how do I smoke it as two separate pieces or as one? Sorry for the noob question.

For Dropbox, the pictures must be in your public folder, and you must use the public link to the picture in the public folder. I have not verified that this actually works, but that is what I found.
Not really sure what that is, unless it is a boneless picnic and butt together. You should be able to cook them together or separate, your choice.
