Using aluminum pans ys 1500

Wood like to catch some dripings was wondering how people are using pans and which sizes on the 1500, under the main cooking grate and on top of while using the shelf

Using pans and aluminum foil will change the heat, smoke and airflow in the cooker, so be prepared to make adjustments accordingly.
