Wichita Brisket Layout

Hi I just got a Loaded Wichita. I’m thinking about smoking two briskets. Does anyone have recommendations on how I should lay them out? E.g., one on the top rack and one on the bottom, or both on the bottom?

If doing more than one, I would use the bottom. I would rotate every two hours.
