My cooker is like 3 months old however at times when trying to turn the dial the setpoint goes all over the place. Cant dial it in however if i dont turn it , it will stay steady at a random number...

This forum has indeed slowed down since covid. My understanding is that many have moved to FaceBook. I do not use FB so honestly can't say for sure.
I did notice that when covid hit in full force it was easier to contact Yoder via phone and even that was a little slower than before as many were working from home. I actually had better luck getting through by calling sales and then transferring but that was 6 months ago.
So, to answer your question....try sales or customer service.
