Updating firmware problems ys640s

Last 3 times i have plugged in my 640 it has stated that it is "Updating firmware to version 1.0.19" and shows 100% complete. After the cook I shutdown the pit and unplug it. Yet when the pit is started again the next day it reverts to the same "Updating firmware to version 1.0.19" .....After it says it is complete if I go into the acs settings on the pit it still shows 1.0.18.....Any suggestions or procedures to have the update take?

O.K. nobody how bout what version is the current version of firmware are people running?

I'm having the same issue also on the 1.0.18 forward.

Do we have a resolution?

i think the board has been abandoned lol either way I contacted Fireboard and they were able to provide a fix.
