Thought I would say hi. I am not new to BBQ nor am i a kid. Started out competing using a Lang 84 deluxe. Soon learned that competition is an expensive habit. Started a BBQ food trailer to offset cost. Learned very quickly you can’t feed a stick burner all night and feed people the next day. I outfitted my new trailer with an FEC 500. I was immediately hooked on pellet smokers. Sold my business but want to still compete once in a while. Looking for recommendations I am leaning toward either the 640S or the 1500S.
