No bluetooth on retrofit

I installed the retrofit kit following the instructions exactly. The unit will fire and temps seem accurate. However, when I go into my FB app, it will not find the FB device via bluetooth. I have two other FB thermometers and my phone can find those. Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot? Not trying to be "whiny", but wireless is why i bought the kit! I would like to get this figured out.

(YES! The antenna is screwed in, and the antenna wire is connected properly to the antenna and control board. I also tried from my iPad)

Thank you, Joey for the help!!! I appreciate it. For the record... My issue was self-inflicted and had nothing to do with Yoder hardware!! Thanks again.
