First time pellet grill owner here. I've been using a green egg for about 15 years. Primarily smoke beef and pork. Located in Central Texas. My wife wanted a gas grill. After a lot of research the Yoder 640s seemed to check more boxes than a gas grill. Plus, I just couldn't bring myself to buy a gas grill. Looking forward to learning from all of you.
This is my first forray into pellet grills. Ask a buddy that owns a BBQ truck what the best pellet smoker was and this was the one. I have successfully made wings, a whole turkey and bacon wrapped venison. Gonna try skinless boneless chicken breast next. Look foward to any tips or advice or recipes.
