Auger clogging

Auger clogging

My YS640 is new. I did the burn in and then smoked a chicken. Worked great. Today (6 days after smoking the chicken) I started it up and got nothing. Turns out the auger was stuck because the pellets (BBQ Delight) had turned to sawdust in the auger and hardened which restricted the auger. Took me almost 30 minutes to free it up. It has rained here but the pellets in the hopper were dry. Has anyone else experienced this? This is a deal killer for me even if it only happens occasionally.
