How many briskets can you cook

When I ordered my YS1500, the sales person told me it would hold approximately 6-8 briskets. I haven't taken delivery yet, but just to know, what are the real numbers our there. I'm talking 12#-15# packers. None of those flats for me.

You will want to check out Nucornhuskers post pics as he has several that I think will show you the 1500's capacity. Personally I don't think 6 would be a problem.

I have never filled up the 1500 with briskets, as they are just too expensive. I would think 6 to 8 would be very doable.
