Probably your palm skin, from rubbing them together too much in anticipation.

I took delivery of my YS640 yesterday and this thing is truly a Beast of a "Tank"!..it took 2 of us to haul it up the steps to my back deck (where its gonna stay) and installed all interior components, once done i had to put the cover on right away as a storm was coming. Today i plan to do the initial burn in. Will post pics once i take some Fausto.

At 275, it will be 4 hours +/- I do my first check at 3 hours, then every 30 minutes until they are done/tender. Some cook faster, some slower. When I fill up the cooker, some will come off at 3.5 hours and some at close to 5 hours. Other times they all come off within 30 minutes of each other. Every rack of ribs cook differently, so they are done when they tell you they are done.

Ok good. I was so amazed at how well the 640 performed ..... I set the temperature on 235° and it would go from 235 to about 248 down to about 225 but it stayed constant ....I trusted her to do her job and she did it and I was amazed
