I have seen a lot stuff on the forum about this unit and people asking when they are available and what the cost and all that... I have no answers to that but I did find this video.

Yep, that is one great machine! Love to have a butcher cut ribs like that for me. That is some pricey ribs and wonderfully cooked.
Needs to get probe holes soon, that door will smash the wires soon enough.
Herb - any idea if this cooker will be posted on Yoders site anytime soon? Would love to learn more about it.
