Cooked my first brisket on the weekend and was totally surprised at how tender and juicy it came out.guests were amazed. Ive only had this for a week
Yoder 640
Good cut of meat. The Yoder autos it and you have to have a brain. When to wrap/not wrap, added jiuce, time, temp etc.
The cut is the magic part lots of time. Was it prime? Packer, flat, just the point?
Anyhoo, glad you liked it.

Congrats on the brisket. It's always a good sign when your "first" turns out great.
Good job! I like to actually take notes when I do certain cooks so I remember what to do or NOT to do next time. I've only had my Yoder for a day and a half, I currently have a rack of St. Louis Spareribs on waiting to finish for dinner.
