Perfect in many ways, but...

Good day all !

I've had my Yoder YS640 for about a month now and have run it through the ringer. Beautiful smoke ring and meats / fish remain tender and juicy.

Issue: I am getting the faintest, if any, smoke flavor. I am far from new to smoking and I have never, regardless of the smoker, had projects turn out almost smoke free.

Any and all advice is welcome.
