Al Pastor Tacos

Sliced and marinated a 9# butt for Al Pastor Tacos and to try out the Trombo King. It was a huge success!
I need to shorten the long spike about 1/2" so the lid will close on the YS640. I just laid a grate on the diffuser for this run.
